Rental Space

Whether you’re in need of a small conference room [up to 20 people], an informal meeting corner in the cafe [20+], or the usage of the entire cafe space [200 standing, 100 seated] for weddings, parties, conferences, meetings, fundraisers, cd release parties, or other events, Q Cafe is proud to be a great rental option for Seattle.

Renting the Q Cafe not only offers a great space for your event, but it also helps the Cafe continue to be a community presence. Along with supporting the local music and art scene, the Q Cafe facilitates community events and donates resources back to local non-profits working on local and global causes.

Rates are listed below. We will do our best to work with you to make your rental - however small or large - a great event. Fill in the rental request form below for estimates, availability, scheduling walk-through tours with our rental coordinator, and other questions.

Café Space: (3 hour minimum) Holds up to 200 people

$150 per hour for private rentals.  For non-profit groups (with a 501c3 status) and special events, the Q Cafe is happy to discuss adjusted rates based upon the nature of the rental.  Set-up/Clean-up fee will be charged depending on extent of rental.

Included Accommodations: Cafe bar (sink, refrigerator, microwave, counter space), stage area, kids room, private room, microphones, stereo, audio/visual projector, 2 computers, wireless internet, cafe furniture + folding chairs and tables... not to mention plenty of free parking!

Conference Room: (one hour minimum) Holds up to 20 people

$30 per hour, and we remain happy to negotiate rates for non-profit groups and special events.

Café Corner:

(during café business hours):
Holds up to 20 people (can be expanded)

$10 per hour. Perfect for non-private business meetings, book clubs, and small group gatherings.

 

Staffing Personnel:

Event Host (required) - The event host is required for all main café rentals, and their cost is factored into the rental rate!

Barista (optional) - $10/hr

Audio|Visual Technician - $15/hr (optional, but required for rentals that require our sound board and equipment to be utilized)

Refundable Security Deposit:

$300 - café space
