art show: goma in perspective

December 4th-January 31st (Art Opening Dec. 4th)

Photography and Drawings by Harper McConnell, Anna Wetzel, and Kitra Cahana

GOMA IN PERSPECTIVE is an exploration into portrayals of a region battling poverty and war through four different visual filters. Rather than classify each perception’s comparative authenticity, the exhibit attempts to reveal how the subjectivity of images can completely alter our understanding of a place, people, or situation.
